About Hervé

Hervé J. Duchemin (pronounced her-VAY) has been a personal trainer for over 20 years, transforming the lives and physiques of busy professionals living in New York, Boston, Miami, and Los Angeles, and now virtually online from all over the world. His mission is to help his clients live longer, feel amazing, and achieve their fitness goals—and he’s not just talking about weight loss!

During his career, he had the opportunity to write for AskMen.com as a fitness specialist, was featured in Muscle & Fitness magazine, and was a spokesperson for various fitness products. Additionally, he worked as a nationwide spokesmodel for dietary supplements such as Twinlab’s Ripped Fuel. His experience has helped him launch his career as a successful online trainer. After working for gyms for many years, he formed an in home personal training company in 2009 servicing clients of Los Angeles in the privacy of their homes. When Covid hit in 2019, he switched his entire focus to online coaching which has allowed him to service more clients all around the world.

Hervé believes that fitness is more than just losing weight; it’s about living our best life. He wants to help anyone get there by creating a custom plan based on their goals, body type, schedule and lifestyle. He understands that everyone’s journey is different—which is why he tailors each workout to meet his clients where they are right now.

Hervé has seen it all – having been on both sides of the fence when it comes to health and wellness, as someone who struggled with weight in the past, he understands the difficulty of navigating through the conflicting information about nutrition and exercise. That’s why he is dedicated to providing a personalized plan that is tailored to his clients’ individual needs.

He also offers nutrition guidance and meal plans that are customized to fit their needs so that you can make sustainable changes without feeling deprived or restricted.
